Had a sleep study last night. I have severe sleep apnea.
I was hooked up to a cpap for four of the most delicious hours of sleep I've had in literally YEARS!!
I feel like a new man. So filled with energy and hope and ready to take everything on!!
Including prepping three meals at once time. Haha.
